Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Execute revenue growth goals of $1M
  • Sell the Enspire Platform to employers with more than 1,000 employees
  • Lead sales negotiations with executive-level stakeholders (C-suite, HR, Safety, IT, and Corporate Comms) across multiple industries
  • Ensure Salesforce is updated (daily) with sales activity
  • Master Enspire Platform features, functions, and how to communicate capabilities via demo
  • Establish trust-based relationships with client prospects from generating the lead to close
  • Facilitate positive transition to Enspire Operations and Digital Strategy Teams for Client implementation
  • Manage broker and vendor channel partners to identify prospects and close revenue
  • Demonstrate expertise in employee total rewards and industry trends
  • A remote work environment with up to 30% travel

  • 5+ years of proven success selling into the benefits/HR space with a proven track record of sales quota achievement
  • Depth of expertise in US employee benefits and healthcare
  • Trustworthy partner

  • Ability to work and communicate with the general public
  • Ability to multi-task project management
