Partner Marketing Manager

The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for all partner go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaign execution, partner event support, and sales enablement collateral. This role will own all marketing elements necessary to bring strategic, Marketing, and channel partners to market to generate demand and customer success. This person will optimize and maintain positive and productive relationships with eMoney’s partners. This role will optimize and scale demand generation efforts across all channels by defining campaign KPIs that align with business goals, and measuring campaign success.  A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the strategies required to drive business and create new opportunities from the targeted audience segments via different and new channels and markets. The Partner Marketing Manager will collaborate across business development, product marketing, product, and marketing leadership.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive an integrated partner marketing strategy with different partner segments in alignment with our company and business development objectives
  • Own the coordination, creation, and execution of partner marketing activities including but not limited to events, partner webinars, joint email campaigns, joint social campaigns, partner sales enablement
  • Develop and deploy co-marketing programs with partners within the different segments to drive demand and deeper engagement
  • Serve as the Marketing point of contact between eMoney and key partners
  • Create effective marketing assets and content for co-marketing campaigns
  • Manage and track budget to analyze ROI for partner marketing activities as well as demand generation and campaign performance to recommend actions to improve performance
  • Coordinate with eMoney’s marketing team to ensure alignment with corporate and solution messaging and positioning
  • Align with Business Development and Product to determine market needs and reception of partner activities
  • Leverage established and build new marketing materials internally or jointly with partners
  • Stay up to speed on partner strategies, messaging, and product portfolios
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive products and solutions with partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing and demand gen in a SaaS environment
  • Previous track record of successful partner marketing program with measurable results
  • Builds and maintains relationships
  • Drives for results to create opportunities for eMoney
  • Business Acumen understanding and applying knowledge of eMoney’s business to optimize relationships and accomplish goals
  • Proven experience managing marketing projects

Skills

  • Strong team player, strong collaboration skills
  • Deep understanding of the financial services market and FinTech competitive landscape is a plus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, campaign strategy and management, A/B testing, conversion optimization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Proficient in Marketing Automation (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong organization and time-management skills to keep pace with energetic sales and cross-functional teams
  • Project management skills
