Manager, Recruiting

The Manager, Recruiting will provide leadership, guidance and strategy development for the recruiting function within eMoney.  The position will be responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process and partnering with HR leadership, Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to develop and execute on strong recruiting strategies.  Leading a team of recruiters, the Manager will be responsible for evolving our recruiting function, helping to meet the needs of our fast-growing company and building our recruiting and employee brand presence in our three US locations and nationwide. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of high-performing recruiters in a fast-paced, growing company
  • Work with HR Director, Finance and Hiring Managers to determine strategic staffing needs
  • Develop and implement strategies related to talent acquisition
  • In partnership with the HR Director, develop and implement recruiting strategies with an emphasis on proactively attracting talent and providing excellent candidate and internal customer experience
  • Develop best practices, sourcing strategies, and metrics to measure success
  • Manager the projected recruiting pipeline and demand and manage workload across the recruiting team
  • Research and recommend innovative new programs, events, campaigns and sources for the recruitment of both active and passive candidates
  • Partner with HR leadership and Marketing to develop and execute an employee brand campaign
  • Assist recruiters in job offer details and negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with process and documentation requirements
  • Build out a data-driven recruiting organization, leveraging our ATS to develop metrics and analytics that provide insights, drive decision making and measure team productivity and program ROI
  • Develop effective working relationships and partner with leaders at all levels of the organization to understand needs and provide consultation on talent acquisition strategies and challenge
  • Support a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce, and ensure compliance with federal and country laws, regulations and company policies

  • Ability to travel up to 10%


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years of high-volume technical recruiting experience required, preferably in an SAAS environment
  • 3+ years recruiting management experience
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed recruiting teams, hiring managers and roles



  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System(s)
  • Actively collaborates and builds relationships to deliver results
  • Strong time management and personal organization capability
  • Proven experience in people management with strong focus on coaching and development
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of niche and non-traditional job boards
  • Comfortable acting as the face of the company to potential candidates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile workplace with a shifting recruiting landscape
  • In-depth knowledge of technical positions and differences between roles
  • High level of business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
