Integration Analyst/Engineer, Salesforce

eMoney Advisor (EMA) is looking to hire an Integration Analyst/Engineer for our Salesforce team. This individual will work alongside business stakeholders, project managers and solution architects to analyze, develop and support integrations between EMA’s software platform, third party products and our Salesforce implementation.


Job Description 

  • Day-to-Day support of EMA’s internal Salesforce Org from an enterprise integration perspective (as it relates to data integrity, integration maintenance, and rolling out of new integrations)
  • Familiarize yourself with the entirety of EMA's Salesforce implementation so as to fully understand existing integrations and how each impacts the various EMA teams and systems used inside EMA
  • Work with all teams inside EMA to gather new integration requirements, aid in process re-engineering efforts, and evaluate new tools and third-party product offerings
  • Look for opportunities to refactor/redesign legacy integrations to run on the Salesforce platform
  • Strictly adhere to and support EMA's Salesforce & Integration configuration change management policy
  • Take personal responsibility for your Salesforce professional learning and development plan

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in a technical discipline
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience on the Salesforce platform with an administrative, configuration and data engineering focus
  • Minimum 3+ years of deep experience building, testing and supporting SQL queries, stored procedures, and database reports in an enterprise environment
  • Proven experience designing, implementing or supporting integrations on the Salesforce platform
  • Desired: Experience in a feature testing, QA, or UAT testing role (2+ years)
  • Desired: Familiarity with and or willingness to learn Apex so as to support/build custom integrations which run on the Force.COM platform
  • Provide after-hours support for all Salesforce platform integrations as necessary
  • Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification (DEV201, DEV401 or newer equivalent) preferred

Skills

  • Effective communicator (strong inter-personal & technical writing skills)
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and self-sufficient Salesforce professional
  • Enthusiastic evangelist for the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Work on and efficiently switch among multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL tools (2+ years)
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
