Contract Specialist, Administrative Support

  • Accurately track and elecronically file all Renewal Statements and associated documentation in required locations
  • Accurately track and electronically file all Cancelation Correspondence and related documentation in multiple locations
  • Review weekly CLOSED Cases Report and, based on content, generate a new Case and assign to relevant Team Member for follow-up - will also be responsible for providing history of Closed case within the newly generated Case
  • Accurately track entire Affirmation and Legacy Letter process - will be responsible for all correspondence with customer and will continue to follow up until required information has been obtained
  • Provide support to other team members by generating and formatting required reports necessary for beginning the renewal proposal process
  • Accurately and timely address needs of one area of the Business - provide support, track approvals, update related Opportunities as needed
  • Respond to information requests from internal and external customers
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Contribute to other projects as needed

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as a team member
  • Strong Organizational and time management Skills
  • Excellent comprehension and retention
  • Attention to detail and understanding the sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage several different tasks with competing priorities
  • Ability to interact with team members located in US - via the use of Skype, Zoom and other mediums
