- You’ll partner with hiring managers to find the very best leaders to fit their team.
- You’ll partner with Elevation’s program teams (Internship, 2K2, Elevation School of Worship) to develop and implement marketing strategies for recruitment.
- You’ll recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment, and building and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
- You’ll work with our communications team to get the word out about open opportunities. Social media, conferences, colleges, meet & greets, print ads, digital ads, and sourcing websites are your areas of expertise.
- You’ll oversee interviewing events for applicants.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or human resources
- Experience in building systems and processes to create a highly productive, efficient workflow
- Ability to build relationships
- Currently involved/active in a local church
- Strong technical ability
- Experience with marketing and event planning
- Ability to leverage metrics and data to drive results
