General Responsibilities

  • You’ll partner with hiring managers to find the very best leaders to fit their team.
  • You’ll partner with Elevation’s program teams (Internship, 2K2, Elevation School of Worship) to develop and implement marketing strategies for recruitment.
  • You’ll recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment, and building and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
  • You’ll work with our communications team to get the word out about open opportunities. Social media, conferences, colleges, meet & greets, print ads, digital ads, and sourcing websites are your areas of expertise.
  • You’ll oversee interviewing events for applicants.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or human resources
  • Experience in building systems and processes to create a highly productive, efficient workflow
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Currently involved/active in a local church


  • Strong technical ability
  • Experience with marketing and event planning
  • Ability to leverage metrics and data to drive results
