Associate Campus Pastor

General Responsibilities

  • Assist in the leadership of the campus / church.
  • Ensure all worship experiences are executed with excellence.
  • Develop leaders, recruit eTeam and eGroup members.
  • Develop and implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, staffing, and financial viability.
  • Oversee guest services, campus support, marketing, campus events and outreach opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, high-level networking and relational strengths, ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure and management experience
