The opportunity:

In this general management role, you will be the driving engine behind a passionate team of seasoned sales leaders.  You are constantly determining what strategies and investments are right to impact the product’s growth.  You will be a thought-partner to the President, CEO and board and advisor to all functional heads on the company’s most critical opportunities and challenges, including marketing, product development, financial planning, and key investment and organizational decisions. You will develop and grow your team of Directors, coaching them and their teams as together you make an indelible mark on product, strategy and results. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying the Strategic vision for the Educational Tours product
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with educators across the United States
  • Analyzing historical information and translating it into an actionable business strategy
  • Assume P&L responsibility with direct influence on how company resources are allocated
  • Collaborating on the strategic marketing direction for the Educational Tours product, including identifying the optimal marketing channels, guiding the creative design and verbalizing the product voice
  • Guiding customer communication for the team
  • Coaching and motivating a seasoned sales leadership team
  • Working closely with operations to ensure our customers have the best possible experience
  • Creating the plan to ensure customers are prepared for departures
