Telemarketing specialist (Call-Center)

The Role:

  • As a Telemarketing specialist you will be the very first point of contact with potential customers over the phone
  • You will work close with the whole EF team to make sure our clients get the best user experience with EF Russia

What are your main responsibilities:

  • Client consultation over the phone
  • Presentation of the company and its services 
  • Booking appointments for clients at EF Centers
  • Marketing research
  • Effective CRM system usage (students' profile, comments, tasks)
  • Communication and customer service
  • Quality assurance

Who you are:

  • Citizen of Russian Federation
  • Educated (University or Professional College level, last year of university)
  • Competent IT user
  • Experience in service/hospitality industry is an advantage
  • English Level A2 and up is an advantage
  • Good communication skills over the phone
  • Desire to develop sales and communication skills
  • Pro-active and positive approach to life
  • Commitment and accountability, enthusiastic, orientation towards client
