EF London is searching for energetic and organised individuals to join our team as a Student Services Coordinator this summer. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your customer service skills whilst gaining experience with an international company. We have a number of roles available  and they all depends on student volume this summer. We have  a number of Live-in Roles available -  this would mean in return for EF accommodation in one of our residences we would expect you to carry out residence assistant responsibilities on a  rota communicated beforehand.

Responsibilities:

As the Student Services Coordinator, you will be the face of the EF school for both our students and our staff. You will be approachable for their needs as well as creating a lively and exciting atmosphere for them to enjoy day to day.

  • Available to speak to students with any concerns and provide assistance where necessary
  • Ensure any concerns raised are followed up by the appropriate department
  • Escalating any concerns to the Department Manager/Sales office where appropriate
  • Take part in organizing and running weekly intakes of new students, ensuring the smooth execution of the event
  • Ensure any negative feedback given is followed up to an appropriate resolution.
  • Supporting other departments in their day-to-day tasks
  • Assists with enquiries from sales offices & other incoming calls & enquiries.
  • Assists students with any queries relating to their course, ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed properly

What will you take away?

The role can be very rewarding as it involves working alongside all the departments as well as closely with the students. You will develop knowledge from each department and is, therefore, a great stepping-stone for future roles within the company. Dealing with student and staff queries daily, you will not only enhance your customer service skills but also your communication skills and your ability to problem-solve and react quickly to demanding tasks.

 

We need you to be legally able to work in the UK. To keep up with the standards in our school, you also need to have a fluent level of English.

The role is based in EF London. This post will be advertised both internally and externally.
