As a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Manager at EF Labs, you will lead and grow QA Engineers, partner with technical development managers and developers to improve and enforce quality processes, and collaborate with product and project management teams to ensure the success of our product roadmap and company strategy.

The role:
The Software QA Manager is a key role in EF Labs.
You are the leader/mentor of your teams to grow them further in their career path.
You are the organizer/optimizer, to continuously improve the quality assurance process for efficiency and consistency.

You will:
  • Adapt manual and automated testing best practices
  • Establishing quality monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures
  • Enforcing continuous quality improvement action plans, and measurement procedures
  • Provide recommendations/assistance on testing tools
  • Supervise QA activities, participate in test plan preparation, test case review, test automation code reviews and case execution result analysis
  • Reporting team results to stakeholders
  • Managing up to raise concerns within the team to QA Manager
  • Work cross-team with other test leads
  • Working with product owner to clarify requirements
  • Assign work to team members and track their work
  • Stay on top of issues, bugs and tasks assigned to team members
  • Ensure team members follow established processes
  • Look for ways to improve efficiency and processes
  • Perform test automation code reviews and uphold coding standards
  • Act as a point of contact and coordinator for cross-team projects

You have/are:
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science/Engineering majors
  • Minimum 4 years’ working experience in software quality assurance (manual & automation)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience taking QA leadership role leading 5+ team members
  • Strong QA Lead experience in web-based products/systems
  • Strong hands-on experience in test automation is mandatory
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated; detail oriented; flexible; able to work under pressure
