  • Working as part of the EF Remote Support team in Bangalore, this position will be responsible for providing remote desktop support to EF users worldwide. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
  • Logical and analytical skill set.
  • 0 – 2 years’ experience of basic Laptop /desktop troubleshooting: providing LAN support, installing software, Configuring Outlook, handling printer issues, providing Email solutions.
  • Should be willing to work in 24/7 shift
