Senior Expansion Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participating in strategic planning and set the agenda to achieve regional expansion targets
  • Building a pipeline of potential new center locations
  • Building strong relationships with property owners, developers and other potential partners
  • Preparing business cases to evaluate the commercial feasibility of each new opportunity
  • Managing the lease negotiation process
  • Managing the rent review and renewal of existing leases


Desired Skills and Experience


  • Solid experience in real estate, property management or relate
  • Previous experience in expansion within retail companies is preferable
  • Strong networking skills
  • Strong commercial sense
  • Excellent negotiation skills with strong track record in full cycle lease negotiation with landlords
  • Complete fluency in English and Mandarin is a  must
  • Creative and solution oriented
  • Enjoy working in a high energy, fast moving organization
