Senior Director of Englishtown Digital Marketing

Job description

We are looking for a self-driven, committed and result-oriented person to drive Englishtown's marketing, lead generation and eCommerce strategies in China. Working closely with the EF central marketing team in Shanghai, this is a key management position dedicated to be responsible for Englishtown's marketing performance for both online and telesales funnels. 



- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and tactical programs for online learning products in China

- Collaborate with internal & external parties to maximize results on sales & marketing funnel

- Plan, execute, measure, analyze and fine-tune all marketing initiatives

- Build and manage eCommerce platform, including but not limited to TMall and our own micro sales sites

- Multi-channels optimisation

- Help define business requirements, operational metrics, key performance indicators, etc

- Drive efforts for data modeling, segmentation & statistical analysis

- Develop relevant partnership marketing programs and maintain relationships with partners

- Create localized sales and marketing materials as needed

Desired Skills and Experience


- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university

- 5+ years hands-on and practical management experience in B2C marketing

- “Extremely” strong background in online marketing including search, SNS and programmatic buying 

- Strong marketing sense + creative & copy writing skills in Chinese

- Data analysis skills are essential

- Creative self starter with good business acumen

 - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English


Preferred but not required

- Experience in using CRM system

- Experience in consumer subscription based industry
