Job description

We are looking for someone that would like to join a fast-growing entrepreneurial organization which is also a global leader in its field.   As the Sales Supervisor for EF International Language Centers, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of sales and customer service functions.  Key job responsibilities will include:

  • Motivate the team to reach weekly/monthly enrollment goals to achieving annual targets
  • Assigning and managing enquiries and CRM activities to generate office visits, attendance at information meetings and one-to-one counseling appointments
  • Liaise with overseas admissions and/or school staff
  • Coordinating and executing sales activities
  • Analyzing market potential and tracking competition

 Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Coordinating the implementation of the Sales & Marketing strategy for our educational programs
  • Develop, execute and meet short- and long term sales goals
  • Plan and manage the implementation of local marketing campaigns to promote the programs (off-line and online)
  • Be a spokesperson in different seminars and other information meetings
  • Drive new business development
  • Manage a team of Sales Coordinators

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Recognized university degree, with some overseas study preferably
  • Ideally 3, min. 2 years work experience, preferably managing sales and/or customer service teams
  • Creative, independent, lively and dynamic, with flexible, detail-oriented work style
  • Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English; Spanish mother tongue essential
  • Permission to work in Brazil
