The Role

As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for prospecting, generating, and qualifying sales leads in order to support a Tour Consultant on your team. In this phone-based, entry-level position, you will be the first point of contact for warm and cold leads and maintain a high volume of outbound calls. The role requires excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service. If you are looking to be bold, take risks, and establish a career in sales, then this is the role for you. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to effectively manage high daily phone call and email volume
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and demonstrated ability to be a team player
  • Ability to work well under pressure and remain goal-oriented
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications
