The Role
EF is searching for Residence Managers this summer. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining management experience while working in an international company!
You will be working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students. A live-in position that sees you having the overall responsibility for a hotel/residence and the students/staff who are staying there.
You will support a team of international leaders to ensure our students have a Home Away from Home experience. You will take care of room allocation, supervise a team of leaders and ensure the hotel staff work in harmony with your team. You will liaise with hotel owners and staff on anything from cleaning to theme events and safety. A truly memorable experience, you will interact with staff and students from across the world daily.
What is required?
- must be a team player that can lead from the front
- outgoing and great attention to detail
- able to take responsibility naturally
- cope well under pressure
- legally able to work in Malta, have a Maltese/EU passport or a work permit.
- speak at least C1 English.

What will you take away?
After a summer of working as a Residence Manager, you will leave having created truly amazing memories for your students and managed a team of international staff. You will expand your organizational skills to ensure the room allocations are maximized and the paperwork is in control. Working with staff from around the world your communication skills will be maximized to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Tasked with being the main responsible for the staff onsite; you will grow your leadership skills by assisting your leaders in guiding their groups from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable.

- roles are available for 6-12 weeks during June, July & August. For the shorter durations it could be combined with a leader or teacher role before or after.
- 6 day per week full-time contracts
