As a Payroll Time & Attendance Practitioner, you will be an integral part of a 5 person Payroll Team processing payroll for 2,000+ employees in EF locations throughout the US.  In your vital role, you will assist in the entire payroll process, with a strong focus on the Time & Attendance System.   A flair for numbers, attention to detail and solid excel skills are a must in the fast paced environment.  This centralized role allows you to work closely with all EF Products and staff – great for networking and learning about all EF has to offer.

The Details

  • Ensure Time & Attendance records are submitted for employees within established deadlines
  • Run reports and perform biweekly timecard audits, reconciling Time & Attendance to Payroll output
  • Identify and assist with corrective actions on rejected timecards, communicating directly with Managers to resolve timecard issues
  • Process data from the Time & Attendance to Payroll system
  • Verify and audit payroll output by reviewing employee hours for the pay period
  • Utilize problem solving skills to resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
  • Assist in maintaining Time & Attendance employee and supervisor assignments
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Flexible and assist in the payroll process as needed

 The Person

  • Requires 2+ years of related ADP experience, including ADP Workforce Now Time & Attendance System
  • Must be proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced a plus)
  • Highly detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong work ethic and maintains confidentiality
