With a progressive business model and a strong vision for continued growth, EF is currently looking for an Outside Sales Relationship Manager to enhance its Canadian sales division in the Greater Toronto Area.

The Position:

As a full-time Outside Sales Relationship Manager, in conjunction with the inside sales team, you will drive the growth of the territory by selling international student tours to teachers and educators. You will convert new leads, ensure repeat sales from existing customers and find additional business throughout your territory. Your greatest assets will be your enthusiasm and collaborative spirit within a sales driven environment. You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and take a creative and positive approach to problem solving. You would earn a competitive base salary plus bonuses.

You would enjoy 3 weeks of vacation in your first year with the company and 4 weeks in the second. You also would be entitled to full health and dental benefits, an RSP matching plan, as well as attractive travel advantages.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop new business and drive growth in the territory in conjunction with Tour Managers, by meeting with and selling educational travel to teachers in their region.
  • Representing EF at parent and student recruitment meetings as well as seminars and conferences.
  • Helping teachers in every facet of planning their tours—from choosing the perfect destination to gaining school board approval to recruiting students. 
  • Networking to generate new sales opportunities and referrals to keep our industry-leading business at the forefront of international education throughout your territory.
  • Meeting with educators to make global educational travel a priority in their schools.
  • Organizing appropriate engagement initiatives (Meet and Greets or Conferences) when appropriate. 
  • Debriefing with inside sales team on face-to-face visits. 


      EF Educational Tours is most interested in individuals who are: 

      • Excellent, persuasive communicators with great interpersonal skills
      • Organized, detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
      • Driven and confident enough to take initiative, solve problems, and achieve objectives

      Applicants must be willing to travel, and the job can require up to approximately 75-80% travel within your assigned territory. 


      • Post-secondary degree (preference for marketing or business related degree)
      • 2 or more years of sales experience ( Inside and Outside sales )
      • Experience either working in or selling to the education sector ( preferred)
      • Driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
      • International travel experience preferred
