You will be on the ground, getting hands on with managing the logistics of our travelers’ overnight stay in Miami before or after their tour to our new destination, Cuba. As the face of EF, interacting directly with both travelers and suppliers, professionalism is key and it will be your responsibility to facilitate a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for our customers during their 2 day stay in Miami. Your job will include the following:


• meeting groups at the airport;
• leading them to their bus for a transfer to their hotel or restaurant;
• confirming their sightseeing tour of Miami;
• staying overnight with the group in the hotel
• coordinating their Cuba orientation/predeparture meeting with the hotel; and
• assisting the group back to the airport for their flight to Cuba or back to their home.


Over the course of their domestic stay, you will be the group’s liaison and main point of contact, making decisions in the best interest of everyone involved, handling paperwork, and communicating with hotels, bus companies, and others.

The Miami Hotel Overnight Coordinator role with EF Explore America is seasonal contract work from February through August 2016.
