Synopsis 
Local Partnership is one of EF’s newest Marketing projects, an innovative Marketing method aiming to achieve brand visibility and traffic/leads generation in a highly cost-efficient fashion, by forming alliance with numerous local merchants.
The Role
Be the owner of designated city’s Local Partnership.
Responsibilities
1.Business Development & Customer Servicing:
Develop local merchant partners to exchange brand visibility and traffic with EF.
Maximize EF brand visibility in merchant partners.
Provide prompt and professional customer service to maintain long term win-win partnership.
Closely communicate with HQs to assure materials/events delivered on time in quality in respondent to customers’ (tailed) needs .
Continuously improve partnership mechanism to attract more partners and consumers.
By resource exchange, meeting city EF Brand Awareness improvement target, number of merchant partners’ development target, and EF activity venue development target.
2.Team-work with other Offline MKT Team
3.Out-of-Home and Signage Management:
Plan and control OOH and Signage budget, achieving maximized EF visibility nearby EF Centers, as well as in city’s high traffic area, under planned budget.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising related fields are preferred.
2.Minimum 8 years working experience in customer servicing and management. 
3.Wide spread Shopping Mall, Restaurant & Entertainment industries key persons’ network is a strong plus!
4.Tracking records in cross-industry cooperation is a strong asset. Business Development experience and multinational companies’ working experience are preferred. 
5.Fluent in Reading and Written English, capable in Oral English expression when necessary.
6.Ability to identify issues and opportunities in a logical manner and finding resources to address them to bring back financial results. 
7.Ambitious, self-motivated and with high sense of responsibilities.
8.Excellent inter-personal communication skill which facilitates internal and external cooperation.
9.Comfortable with target meeting working environment.

通过资源置换,达成本城市英孚品牌知名度的上升,合作伙伴露出度置换,英孚品牌活动在合作商户内场所开发的目标。
2.与其它线下市场营销团队建立高效合作的关系:
与英孚成人英语培训中心的线下促销员团队建立高效的合作关系。秉着“一个团队,共同目标”的精神互相协助,共创佳绩,共达目标。
3.户外广告以及指路牌的计划、执行与管理:
计划并控制户外广告及门头、店招指路牌的预算,在预算内使英孚品牌在培训中心附近及城市的高人流区域的露出度最大化。
经验及个人背景需求:
1.学士学位或以上,商科、管理、营销等相关的专业为佳。
2.至少8年工作经验,有丰富的客户服务与管理经验有广阔的购物商城,餐饮、娱乐、休闲行业以及信用、消费卡负责人网络为最优候选人。
3.有成功异业合作经验与案例的优先考虑。
4.有外资企业和业务拓展工作经验的加分。
5.英语读写流利。必要时能口语表达能发掘业务中的机会和问题点,并通过主动寻找资源找到解决方案带来业务的增长
6.有理想,对事业成功有追求。积极主动,有很强的主观能动性和责任感。
7.优秀的人际沟通能力,对内和对外的沟通都畅通无阻。
8.能在压力下工作,适应业务目标达成的工作环境。
