IT and Facilities Coordinator

EF International Language Campus, Eastbourne is seeking a dynamic and motivated IT, H&S and Facilities Coordinator to join our Eastbourne school. 

The job

Reporting to the School Director, you will look after our IT provision for students and staff, lead facilities maintenance and ensure our premises meet all health and safety requirements. You will maintain excellent standards of building presentation at all times and be responsible for effective communicating with colleagues and students and external suppliers in regards to health and safety regulations. 

All responsibilities will be undertaken in accordance with EF policy and legal frameworks as well as British Council criteria.

Strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, willing to undertake Health and Safety, Fire Warden and First Aid training, keen interest in technology and willingness to learn, leadership experience/potential, experience of working with external suppliers, excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills, creative approach to problem solving, a positive attitude as well as a strong sense of ownership and the drive to succeed.

Experience in dealing with IT issues (hardware and software related), experience with facilities management, health & safety and risk assessments will be an advantage. IOSH training is a plus.
