Integrated Producer

Integrated Producer
EF Educational Tours
Toronto

The Studio at EF Tours in Toronto is looking for an Integrated Producer for our in house creative studio. In this role, you’ll be at the center of the conception, design, and execution of all projects including: web, print, mobile, email, and social media marketing. As an integrated producer, you must be comfortable working in a creative, flexible, fast paced and innovative environment. We never stop pushing the boundaries of what we can do and where we want to go and we want you to be a part of this.

EF is a large company with a small company feel. We foster a highly collaborative working environment, which encourages ideas from every member of the team. With the support of senior management, our team members enjoy ample opportunities for creative experimentation and professional growth. You’ll work closely with the producer team, writers, UX & UI designers, creative technologists, our in-house development team, the video team, as well as marketing and business stakeholders. You'll also be a part of EF’s global creative community, including teams in Boston, London, Zurich, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Excited? We are too…everyday.

THE ROLE

As Integrated Producer, you will combine your strengths in project management, client affairs and vendor relations into a unique, rewarding role. You will assist in overseeing creative projects spanning print, interactive, social and mobile. You will work with the producer team and our marketing teams to schedule, resource, oversee and deploy high profile work every day. You’ll be the one keeping everything on track, making sure everyone is on the same page and making sure that all deadlines are met.

ARE YOU QUALIFIED?

If your to-do lists have to-do lists, if Gantt charts make you giddy and creative projects make you shiver with excitement, then you have producer syndrome and we want you. If you have agency experience, that’s even better.

You value the creative process above all else. You’re a passionate, detail-oriented, team player. You embrace a busy, collaborative environment and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and taking on whatever comes your way. You’re interested in client relations, project management and project trafficking. You want to be rewarded for your efforts and know that you’ve made a difference. You’re responsible, outgoing and organized. You’re comfortable speaking up and doing what it takes to keep a project on schedule and budget…and make it great. The idea of a cubicle makes you twitch, which is okay because we don’t like them either. In fact, you won’t find a single one at our office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience—3 to 5 years of project management, preferably at an ad agency or in-house creative team.
  • Outgoing—your communication skills are legendary to all who know you
  • Collaborative—you work and play well with others.
  • Strong attention to detail – you might as well have microscopes for eyes because no small detail goes unnoticed
  • Driven— you’re confident, goal-oriented and take initiative
  • Adaptable—you shift gears quickly and manage your time well
  • Passport— you’re going to need it (we’re serious about this one)
