The Role: 
We are currently looking to hire a host family recruiter to work with the housing department and participate in host family recruitment events throughout Santa Barbara County. Recruitment events include local fairs, festivals and also networking through local businesses and community outreach. This is a great opportunity for individuals who like to be outside of the office environment interacting with people, while there may be some administrative tasks within the housing office as well. The ideal candidate is one who is looking to improve communication skills and enhance knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.

• Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check 
• Must be available on weekends and some evenings 

This is a part-time position, 20-30 hours/week with the possible opportunity to move into a full-time role in the upcoming months.
