The Opportunity

EF Ultimate Break is looking for a proven entrepreneur to lead a new initiative called “Greeks to Greece”.   You will be prospecting sorority/fraternity group leaders and empowering them to recruit fellow sorority and fraternity members to travel to Greece and other popular destinations.  In this role, you will strategize, design, and execute the early stages of group sales for these 18-23 year old customers. This includes creating initiatives around generating new business, building brand awareness and loyalty, and forging key relationships with group organizers and influencers. Other key activities include networking locally and remotely, keenly using online platforms where our customers network, and working cross functionally with our Service and Individual Sale teams. Core Responsibilities:

-Business Development: Develop, grow, and maintain a strong pipeline of Greek life Group Leaders and their teams (what are their teams?)

-Collaboration: Work with peers and sales leaders to identify key opportunities and create a sustainable growth strategy; partner with Marketing on developing awareness, a lead pipeline and the customer journey, Market Development and Operations on the tour experience and Customer Service on pre-, on- and post-tour experience and feedback

-Organization: Translate sales strategy into a highly organized and consistent sales process, converting leads into group leaders who competently organize their sororities/fraternities into successful trips.

-Attention to detail: Required for pipeline maintenance, sales reporting/projections, and customer communication.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of group sales experience with a proven track record
  • Fierce initiative and implementation with project management and ownership
  • Solid analytical skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to build strong relationships externally and internally
  • Exceptional presentation skills and confidence to engage with key influencers and leads
  • Success navigating difficult customer situations
