We are now looking for a positive, driven and flexible executive assistant to work closely with our Group CFO. This will require being an admin Pro, excellent time manager, and scheduler with the ability to exercise exceptional judgement at all times.
The position is based in Zurich and will soon move into our brand new head office in the Neue Börse.
In this position, your main task will be to keep all aspects of the office of the CFO running smoothly, always thinking a step ahead. This will include arranging meetings and maintaining the CFO’s schedule, making travel arrangements, helping with practical matters and providing a welcoming environment for visitors.
One of the main parts of the job is project management, where you will be responsible for a variety of projects such as developing and sustaining The EF Global Finance Trainee Program, analyzing and consolidating sales statistics and organizing finance conferences for top management and developing presentations for external parties. You will have constant exposure to senior leaders within the company, providing you with an excellent steppingstone for your future career.
We believe this is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with 2-3 years of work experience to launch an international career with EF.
Successful candidates must be excellent communicators, highly organized and comfortable handling confidential business details. You should be someone with a positive outlook and excel in a fast-paced environment. We also believe it is beneficial with local knowledge from Zurich. The following is requested of all applicants:
- Fluency in German with excellent written and spoken English (Swedish a plus)
- University degree
- Attention to detail
- Strong communicator
- Experience as an assistant, in event planning, and/or hospitality
- High level of comfort with a fast-paced environment and conflicting priorities
- Natural problem-solver, self-motivated and innovative
- Great sense of humor & antennae
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint & Excel
