The Team
The Nordic Finance Team supports the business units in the Nordics with all finance-related needs. We are looking for a recent graduate who is excited to build upon their own financial expertise and gain insight into a fast-growing international environment. The position is based in Stockholm. Our experienced team at Nordic Finance will help you to develop a wide range of skills for a potential future position abroad within the international EF Group. We have had people start in our team who have then advanced and moved to new, exciting roles with us in countries such as Switzerland, Malta, UK, Indonesia and UAE.

The Role
The initial responsibilities involve executing tasks such as:

  • Accounting
  • Payments
  • Internal reporting
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Supporting the business units in Sweden

Your responsibilities will broaden rapidly until you have full ownership of one or several legal units and are driving your own projects.

We are looking for an outgoing individual, who is very well organized and detail-oriented. Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures is required, as well as experience in Microsoft Excel.

The Requirements

  • Finance/Business Administration degree, minimum Bachelor
  • Work experience during studies, preferably accounting
  • A strong urge to improve processes and develop yourself
  • Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, additional language is an advantage
