Faculty (part-time) - Graduate Programs
Hult International Business School seeks part-time graduate faculty to support its continued expansion in Boston (Cambridge, Massachusetts). The successful candidate is academically qualified and has relevant international professional and teaching experience.
We seek talented and engaged faculty members with a passion for teaching in a highly international environment.
Subject areas of particular interest include:
- Entrepreneurship / Innovation
- Management / Leadership / Organizational Behavior
- Operations Management
- Project Management
- Quantitative Methods
- Data Analytics
Opportunities exist for assignments in Boston, as well as the possibility of travel among our global campuses.
Work Experience and skills
Faculty at Hult work with three main areas: teaching, research and scholarly activity, and service. In addition to teaching excellence, candidates should be research or scholarly active in their subject specific area. The service component includes, for instance, presence in campus community and student mentoring beyond immediate courses, program development or design, and membership in faculty committees.
- Candidates should possess at least a Master’s degree, though a terminal degree is preferred (and is necessary for full-time appointment).
- Experience with graduate business teaching is required, with excellent teaching evaluations and a proven record of performance in the classroom.
- International and professional experience in industry/consulting/non-profits/service/products is highly desirable, as Hult strives to bring the real world into the classroom.
