Englishtown Marketing Manager

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the planning, tracking and evaluating digital marketing resource supply and continuously drive for channel optimization and marketing efficiency improvement for Englishtown China, working closely with cross marketing teams;
  • Manage the day-to-day marketing operations of Englishtown in the area related to branding, consumer engagement, interaction, activation, design, align and track on marketing & sales campaigns;
  • Liaison with Englishtown Telesales Team in the area of sales operations and project implementations
  • Manage the assigned marketing projects and tactical programs based on the approved strategic plans and directions
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams and parties for project development and implementations for on-time delivery
  • Be part of the AL3 Social Media Team and Content Hub
  • Manage AL3 eCommerce operations including but not limiting to Tmall, WeChat store and own check-out on root sites
  • Manage on-going maintenance and optimization of Englishtown marketing platforms and assets
  • Manage data and statistical analysis for daily business and projects
  • Manage partnership programs to achieve the agreed goals and results
  • To participate, involve and/or take on new projects/initiatives as and when necessary


Skills and Experience


  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in the area of Marketing, Advertising,

   Communications, Business Management, Finance or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing project management experience
  • Experience and interest in online marketing including digital campaign, search engine, SNS and database marketing 
  • Strong marketing sense + creative & copy writing skills in Chinese
  • Data analysis skills are essential
  • Creative self starter with good business acumen
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • Personal traits – Positive disposition with influential leadership quality
