EF360 Summer Internship

Locations: Boston, Hong Kong, London, Lucerne, Shanghai or Zurich

This highly selective summer internship program is for undergraduates who are looking to dive head first into meaningful projects and connect with people in over 100 EF offices worldwide.

Who You Are

You are looking for a hands-on summer experience that will challenge you, excite you, and position you to create impact across departments, divisions, and the world. You are fearless, innovative, curious, passionate, determined, and collaborative. You place a sincere focus on capitalizing upon your strengths rather than dwelling upon your weaknesses. You strive to bring your ambition, creativity, and business savvy into the role.

The Role

Modeled after our flagship EF360 Global Management Trainee Program, the EF360 Summer Internship gives you an 8-10 week snapshot of a fast-paced and collaborative working environment. As an EF360 intern, you will be well supported by several mentors who will advise you throughout the summer.

Through out-of-the-box ideation and the development and execution of substantial projects, this role will give you a 360° view of the inner-workings of a truly global organization. In addition to producing work that matters, you will drive meaningful change across departments. Past EF internship projects have included everything from organizing a large scale movie night for over 1000 people, to establishing a global ambassador program, and building an in-app messaging platform for thousands of clients.

The best part: You will be exposed to a plethora of projects and assignments so that by the end of the summer, you will be able to pinpoint your innate talents, skills, and interests. On top of that you will travel to Milan, Italy, to attend EF's Global Leadership Summit. You will have the chance to try local foods, immerse yourself in the culture, and network with colleagues and interns across EF's global offices.
