Education Program Consultant

As a member of the International Language Schools team, the Study Abroad Consultant will be in charge of selling overseas Language / Pre-Master preparation courses / High school Exchange Program / Private boarding School to customers. The successful candidates will be responsible for executing online/offline sales, activity plans and operational support for the team. Meanwhile, he/she needs to build/develop relationship with potential partners in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales - to execute the sales plan and achieve target sales goals. Follow up on sales and our product characteristics as unique selling points.

Marketing – participate in local marketing, and understand competitive positioning. Participate in Fairs, Information Meetings at University campus or partners’ schools, etc

Customer service – manage the customer service and administrative part of the process (pre-departure information, visa service, etc). This position requires a lot of direct customer contact, negotiation, and some complaint handling.


3 years working experiences would be a plus. Previous studying abroad experience and passion to share that opportunity with others. He/she must have previous sales experience and be able to demonstrate skill relevant to sales and promotional activities in Taiwan. Experience in direct sales channel preferred.

Essential Education:

University graduate with at least 3 years of sales experience.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English and Native Mandarin speaker
