Opportunity

You will join a newly formed Marketing team at Ashridge Executive Education and perform a pivotal role in the execution and roll out of our marketing strategy. You will support the execution of the digital acquisition and engagement plans in line with business and marketing goals. Helping to drive traffic to the website and increase leads.

 

Paid Media Channels

  • Create and optimise paid social campaigns via platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads manager
  • Assist in identifying and developing new advertising opportunities 
  • Deliver reporting, analysis and optimisation of paid- digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop digital ad copy and conducting A/B tests
  • Analyse Google Analytics data to aid performance improvements and reporting
  • Liaise with the tech team on deployment of marketing tags when needed via Google Tag Manager
  • Keep up to date with industry trends
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis

 

Website Content writing/maintenance

  • Assist with content creation and new landing pages for marketing campaigns using the CMS
  • Conduct regular checks on website content, ensuring accuracy and that links and copy are kept up to date, liaising with the relevant stakeholders
  • Make general onsite changes to help with SEO, search & user experience, writing copy
  • Work with tech team to get important changes & improvements made to the website if technical escalation is needed
  • Work alongside designer and digital marketing on campaigns and website content
  • Sett up Email campaigns and forms through Marketo

Desirable Skills, through experience or learning:

 

1 – 2 years’ experience in a marketing function

A passion for the web and digital marketing and understanding of the paid media landscape
Previous experience of copy writing or Web Content Management
Ability to work with Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Strong attention to detail

A ‘Nothing is Impossible’ attitude
Excellent organisation skills
Strong written and oral English
Experience of using a CMS highly desirable
