Customer Support: Welfare Officer - London

EF International Language Campuses is seeking a highly motivated, professional Welfare Officer to join our Customer Support and Welfare Team. Reporting to the Customer Support and Welfare Manager, you will provide a comprehensive welfare provision for our varied student population in accordance with EF policy, British Council and ISI criteria.

As a caring and nurturing individual, you will support and guide our students throughout their time here at school. You will be involved with all aspects of our welfare provision from accompanying students to the hospital, working on a daily basis with our younger students and the overall administration of the welfare department amongst other tasks. You will also actively check and follow up on student absences, keep accurate records of it.

As a customer service oriented person, you will ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction is maintained. This will be achieved through excellent administration skills, inter-departmental communication and willingness to go the extra mile.
