Customer Support and Welfare Manager
EF International Language Centres is seeking a highly motivated, professional Customer Support and Welfare Manager to head up a busy department providing exceptional customer service, school administration, internship programme, ensuring visa compliance, looking after customer experience in school and welfare support. Reporting to the School Director, you will oversee the day to day running of the department in accordance with EF policy, ACELS and ILEP criteria.
As a customer service oriented person, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction will be your highest priority, achieved through robust administration procedures, inter-departmental communication and a welcoming team always ready to go the extra mile.
You will also be involved with all aspects of our welfare provision including coordinating hospital and doctor visits for students. You will build strong relationships with our sales offices around the world and ensure the Dublin school is well regarded amongst EF colleagues. You will be a leader, with the ability to develop your team members and grow them to more senior positions.
This is an ideal position for an experienced, ambitious candidate who is looking to move into a management role or has management experience and is looking to grow more in a bigger department with more responsibilities.

The position will be based at EF Education First, 29/30 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin, D02 RF20, Ireland. Start date in August 2017.
