Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our collaborative recruitment team in Berlin.  As a Customer Success Manager you have a big impact on an au pair’s success on the program, and on the rest of the team by helping to ensure all sales efforts are actualized and maintained.  From operational efforts, to working with au pairs during their placement process, to providing support at any stage during an au pair’s journey, you have a unique opportunity to touch and impact each step of the way. You are a natural communicator and networker; you believe that sales is service and service is sales, and your problem solving skills are top notch. You show superior attention to detail, while still maintaining the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You are someone that simply knows how to make things happen.

Responsibilities:

  • Constant communication via phone and email to assist our customers through the various points of their au pair journey
  • Regional oversight of compliance documents
  • Regional review of final application; playing a key part in ensuring a successful placement in the US by proactively working with our customers to set proper expectations
  • Acting as a constant coach to our program participants
  • Administrative duties related to the application process of an au pair
  • Case assignment for any regional crisis
  • Liaison between the local office and US and Lucerne headquarters
  • Collaboration with sales teams

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 1-2 years of customer experience with a strong focus on quality standards
  • Superior communication and people skills both orally and in writing, in German and in English
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Goal-oriented and drive
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations appropriately
  • Intercultural competences
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Balance between empathy and assertiveness
  • Team player
