Customer Success Manager - Brazil

EF is looking for a Customer Success Manager for its Corporate Solutions (CS) division to play a key role in the continued growth of EF’s business in Brazil.  Customer Success Managers are responsible for the delivery and management of EF solutions and learning programs for key accounts based in Brazil, with key goals to maintain customer satisfaction and grow account revenue through account management and consulting skills.

We are looking for someone with business and service acumen, a results-driven mind-set, the ability to think strategically and analytically, and strong interpersonal skills. The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Design, implement and report upon projects to drive learning and revenue growth within Key Accounts
  • Coordinate and drive global implementation of large scale projects through coordination with regional EF and client teams
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships at all levels with Key Account, acting as service leader to ensure client satisfaction
  • Plan and deliver periodic account reviews to engage key customer stakeholders
  • Identify actions for continuous improvement of clients' learning results
  • Regularly monitor learning KPIs and account plans to ensure timely renewals and satisfied customers
  • Foresee and react to problems rapidly with creative solutions
  • Deploy integrated communication and marketing plans to help launch and promote EF within the client organization
  • Identify product development opportunities from clients and liaise with central team
  • Provide academic and project support to Sales teams during tenders and negotiations
  • Contribute to best practice for all CS teams (academic, operations, sales, technical) to ensure successful design and delivery of language training

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with senior business stakeholders and develop long-term relationships with customers, preferably from large companies; is a credible partner for EF Sales and Country Managers
  • Service oriented and client focused approach to work

  • Strong business acumen and commercial instinct
  • Proactive with a team spirit, able to thrive under high pressure
  • Strong data management and analytical skills

  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and is self-motivated
  • Willing to travel
  • Native/bilingual in Brazilian Portuguese and fluent in English
