EF is searching for a Centre Manager for our summer program in St. Paul's Bay. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining management experience while working in a large international organization.

The Role

Working with your summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students. You would have the overall responsibility for the student experience in your destination and be involved in shaping their summer memories of a lifetime.

Support a small management team to ensure activities, accommodation, academics – yes, the full experience from arrival to departure – runs smoothly for our students. You will ensure all hands are on deck and that the various aspects of the course are neatly interlinked and well communicated.

Throughout the season you will be onboarding staff, welcoming students and holding regular team meetings – both for your management team and for the wider group of staff, in this role you will also support the Teachers of the school in their lesson planning and have the responsibility of the academic management of the school.

• Management experience desirable
• Experience of working with young people
• Business-minded with a strong sense of customer service
• Enthusiastic, organized and a natural leader.
• Capable of using your own initiative
• able to perform under pressure and be passionate about keeping the quality that EF and our students expect
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to support Teachers academically
• We need you to be legally able to work in Malta, have a Maltese/EU passport or a work permit
• To keep up with the standards in our school, we also need you to speak at least C2 English.
• CELTA qualification
• a minimum of 1000 ELT contact hours in a School spread over no less than twelve cumulative months
