Center Sales Manager


Cooperate with CGM to manage center sales team and achieve center sales target. Execute and monitor center KPI, center sales data and figure analysis. Organize & participate center training & coach sections. Help CC to provide quality service to achieve customers’ study target.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and maintain integrity and honesty in the best interest of customer and the company.

Cooperating with CGM to manage center sales team to achieve center sales target. Executing and monitoring center KPI, center sales figure analysis.

Participating recruitment, organizing and supporting center training to maximize sales team potential.

Providing support to CC to ensure the sales service quality.

Executing and monitoring sales tea using all the company systems timely and correctly such as email, salesforce and Recording System etc. to ensure the smooth working process, communication and customer information handling.

Working with all relevant departments to improve the center operation.

Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company when needed.


3+ years of working experience in fast-paced growth environment. Had independently handled overall management and experienced work with people from different culture.
• Sales and marketing background, previous experience in meeting sales targets a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in team leadership and staff management.
• Organizational abilities, detail-oriented and able to manage complex multifaceted organization.
• Can work under pressure, creative, problem-solving and self-motivated.
• Proficient English competency in both oral and written, can communicate confidently and fluently with international staff
