We are looking for a Business Analyst / Salesforce Administrator, to work with us on the BEST Salesforce implementation in the education industry!
The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, as they will partner with developers, support and system stakeholders, in order to define as well as implement end to end solutions, providing analysis and reports, as well as configuration, customization and documentation for large scale projects on Salesforce.com.
The role is based in Bangalore, in the main EF IT office (at the Salarpuria Cambridge Mall), which happens to be one of the best IT environments to work at in the whole of Bangalore; 250 people on site, monthly happy hours, regular fun company events/competitions, roof-terrace cafeteria and patio with city view, open office environment, transportation parking, flexible work schedule, casual dress code, and more).
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
Proactively analysing data, creating recommendations for process and procedure improvements.
Identifying business risks, inefficiencies and opportunities.
Interfacing with end users and product owners in Zürich to understand feature requirements and address support issues, working collaboratively with development and support teams on more complex requests.
Requirements analysis, organisation, management and communication.
Creating documentation and maintaning standardisation.
Liaise with the Team Lead, Director of Development and VP of Technology and colleagues all around the world to schedule and prioritize high volumes of various project-driven and support tasks.
2+ years of hands on experience as a business analyst.
Experience working with Salesforce.com; including reports, dashboards, profiles, roles, layouts, workflow etc.
Experience documenting and analysing processes and procedures.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.
Self-motivated, flexible team player with solid time management skills and an ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
Attention to detail in analysis of complex problems and requirements, providing documentation and guidance to users.
Ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical individuals.
Excellent spoken & written English.
Salesforce.com Administrator Certification.
Applied knowledge of CRM and the Sales, Service and Marketing functions, preferably within the education industry.
Ability to work independently and across product teams.
Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new technologies and applications.
Experience working in an agile project development environment.
B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Business Management, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field.
