The opportunity:

Our ideal Marketing Coordinator is an ambitious, organized and results-driven marketing professional who will lead and collaborate on integrated marketing projects within the Marketing Communications team. We’re looking for an expert multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and a great entrepreneurial spirit. This person is flexible with a positive attitude and believes that nothing is impossible. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Creative teams to implement unique direct and mass market initiatives across multiple channels.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Working with team members to oversee the implementation of campaigns across all channels (direct mail, email, web, and digital).
  • Measuring and reporting on campaign results.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product Development, Sales and Customer Service to develop programs that fulfill business needs and help meet corporate objectives.
  • Ensuring brand consistency, customer-centricity and integrity across all communications.
  • Working with external suppliers (e.g., designers, copywriters, printers, mailing houses, etc.) to ensure flawless campaign execution.
  • Monitoring project costs and keeping marketing invoices on track.
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/French) 
  • Bachelor’s degree, Marketing or Communications major preferred
  • 3-5 years of work experience in marketing (client side preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Attention to detail and quality service
  • Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
