EF is currently seeking a specialist Accounting Manager with a strong focus in Procurement & Accounts Payable (AP) processes and internal controls. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for designing efficient processes while at the same time overseeing the business as usual tasks and developing a committed team. We require someone with drive and a results-oriented focus to deliver process efficiencies in an important business component.
With several core AP projects identified for the coming 12 months, you will be required to source and assess key process solutions. Partnering with other managers and reporting to the U.S. Head of Accounting, you will be part of a diverse team that emphasizes ownership and engagement from the entire U.S. organization.

Operating within the company’s North American headquarters, the position requires the ability to work and communicate across numerous functional areas within the Group, offering exposure to a truly global business and its underlying finance structure.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/ Finance/ Economics or similar. Accounting is preferable.
- Four or more years’ experience in the field of Accounting.
- Core experience in an Accounts Payable, Procurement cycle, desirable.
- CPA desirable.
- Prior team management experience.
- Prior project management experience desirable.
- Strong competence in MS Excel with exposure to advanced formulas and functions.
- The ability to structure, plan and prioritize work in order to deliver against multiple deadlines.
- The capacity to collaborate with people across a wide variety of skills and seniority to deliver results.
- Displays accountability and commitment to team goals.
- Strong communication and social skills.
- Competencies in other languages is considered an advantage.
