Job Description:

EF Education First Corporate Solutions is looking for an Account Manager for Public Sector / Ministries / Government Agencies, who will play a key role in the continued rapid growth of our business. EF Corporate Solutions (part of EF Education First) provides large-scale online English Language Training to organizations in Saudi Arabia and throughout the world. We operate in the global corporate English language learning market.

We are looking for an agile sales person with experience and a successful track record in B2G (Business-to-Government) sales. You will be expected to actively prospect, develop and close new opportunities with large and strategic government accounts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will need a results-driven mind-set, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to succeed independently in the complex B2G sector.


Essential Requirements:

  • A Saudi professional with 3-5 years of work experience of successful value based B2G solution-selling to senior executive levels (C-level) in the public sector
  • Strategic enterprise account management skills
  • Strong pipeline management skills; from prospecting new clients through to closing deals
  • Professional English and Arabic (e.g. Proposals, Emails, Business Phone Calls and Office Communication)


Core Competencies and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, prospecting, developing and closing strategic deals
  • By the end of the first year, expected to have closed 4-5 new projects
  • Participating in the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan for Saudi, and contributing in setting best practices at a global level
  • Enjoys challenge and a fast paced international corporate culture


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in building client specific sales strategy including needs analysis, buyer profiling, competitive landscape and risk assessment that addresses critical business issues
  • Established professional network with senior management levels within government organizations
