Learning Programs Intern

This position will be part-time helping to create an overhaul of our current teacher training program. It will start with research (surveys, interviews, and inquiry into our current training program, paired with literature review and analysis), and then a recommendation for a new training program. If the internship continues into a second quarter (desired), the intern will have the opportunity to fully create the new training program, recruit a new cohort of teachers, and lead their training (and the mentors who will be in charge of the training). This position will report to the Learning Programs Manager, and will collaborate with Support, Marketing, and Product.

This is a part-time (approximately 8 hours per week), short term (3-6 months).

The position is located in San Mateo, CA, right off the 101 freeway and the San Mateo Bridge.
