Advertising Operations Associate

Edmodo is looking for an Ad Operations associate with 1+ years of sales support experience to join our rapidly growing advertising team. Candidates with past experience in an ad agency, ad-tech or marketing environment, or with past experience at a advertising/marketing focused startup will be strongly considered. You will work closely with our sales, analytics and product teams to ensure successful strategy, development, execution, optimization, and insights for all ad campaigns. SALES SUPPORT

  • Work with the Sales team/Agency Partners in responding to RFPs and resolving onboarding challenges. Ensure they have up-to-date collateral, they understand the client’s objective and have everything they need to submit a winning proposal

  • Establish and manage a sales collateral that enables sales success by provides sales organizing and updating pitch decks and web based sales assets

  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of  Edmodo properties and Ad products to help drive implementation strategies for a broad range of client types and/or KPIs

  • Maintaining regular communication with sales team to collect feedback and properly share and train the team on new ad products/features and new sales opportunities

  • Maintain a list of client sales opportunities, target and prospects that is based on domain expertise, research, and analysis of programmatic advertiser revenue

  • Serve as an escalation point for issues that impact the client and sales success

  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and articulate ideas and feedback from sales team to ad product managers and/or technical ads team

DIRECT CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Project manage direct client campaign delivery. Drive client retention, renewals and upsells by understanding client KPIs, dependencies, and deliverables throughout onboarding, delivery, wrap-up, and renewal

  • Lead and drive client support strategy that focuses on both short and long term revenue growth by running successful direct ad campaigns that ensure renewals

  • Build and improve processes to ensure proper management and reporting for active client campaigns

  • Maintain dashboard of key success metrics for direct sales

  • Use your deep understanding of our ad offering to act as a consultant on campaign strategy and campaign delivery success

  • Understand clients goals and reporting expectations. Manage clients success by creating scalable solutions that ensure successful direct campaign execution
