Sr. A/P Representative


  • Lead contact point overseeing a network of carriers
    • Includes:
      • Ensure carrier aging’s are being worked and in good standing
      • Assist workload distribution across team
      • Lead carrier communication (not top tier)
      • First point of contact for partner carriers
      • Escalate billing issues (not top tier)
      • Partner with other BU’s and teams to ensure carriers are paid timely
  • Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reporting
    • Includes:
      • Run weekly short pay report to send to carriers
      • Send unbilled report for missing invoices
      • Use tableau reporting against carrier aging
      • Ensure carrier numbers reporting is updated
      • Use existing Kapow robots (unbilled and case creation)
      • Assist in creation of new workbooks and robots
      • Run Echo IQ reporting
  • Day-to-Day Operations Oversight
    • Includes:
      • Case metrics align with department standards
      • Emails are being addressed in a timely manner
      • Support and assist AP Reps
      • Training of new employees
      • AP phone line support


  • 3+ years AP or 2+ years Client Management, Sales or Operations experience within LTL or Transpiration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate leadership and decision making ability
  • Dependable and accountable
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Exudes a positive attitude and evangelizes department initiatives
  • Flexible to evolve as department and company initiatives change
