Client Services Optimization Coordinator

As part of the Managed Transportation Department, the CSO Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Managed Transportation Department. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Centralize Documentation
    • Contracts and addendums information
    • Client contact information
    • Maintain BD Referral List
    • Ops Handbook library content
    • Update Industry and PPI Slides
  • Responsible for Department Organization
    • Maintain accurate and current seating chart
    • Coordinate monitor, computer, equipment upgrades
    • Facilitate hotel desk space for off-site managers
    • Maintain AM, OM and AE email distribution lists
    • Create new accounts within Salesforce
    • Tracking and collection of review calibrations
    • Department meeting preparation and facilitation
  • Partner with Analytics Manager on Monthly & Quarterly reports
    • Support the compilation of department Allocations
    • Compile Weekly Account Updates
    • Build Rebate Loads
  • Partner with CSO Facilitator on resource content development
  • Instill a culture of Operations Excellence
    • Support department initiatives
    • Champion process standardization and quality maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Displays an expertise in Operations’ core functions
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to create detailed and concise content, reporting, presentations, etc.
  • Dependable and accountable
  • Exudes a positive attitude and supports and personifies department standards and initiatives
  • Flexible to evolve as department and company initiatives change

 

Experience level:

  • 0-3 years
