Our Global Customer Experience (GCX) team is embarking on a journey to deliver the next level of service. We ultimately plan to evolve the customer experience, to help our customers and solve their needs in the quickest, simplest, the easiest way possible. The Business Process Architect plays a pivotal role in this evolution journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a process architecture strategy and methodology for GCX
  • Define business process standards (format, tools, roles)
  • Partner with leaders, program managers and business process engineers to align process design and governance activities
  • Responsible for understanding business process requirements, evaluating user stories and assessing viability and impact of proposals on existing business processes. Serves as a Business Process Management subject matter expert.
  • Work closely with GCX business and technology partners to understand processes and goals of project proposals.
  • Captures high level solutions and business process flows for major initiatives which have impact on business processes or system architecture. Analyse and highlight any gaps or inefficiencies within the proposals when aligned with cross functional business processes and system architecture.
  • Perform Change impact analysis and define test strategy and scope to verify the changes to both business processes and systems end-to-end.
  • Partner closely with IT Architect on the assigned projects to complement technical analysis with business analysis.
  • Own and maintain important process documentation and workflow designs that are relevant to cross functional business processes and system ecosystems.
  • Assist in the management of change across businesses to ensure impacted groups understand and agree to the business process changes.

Qualification & Skills

Being such a dynamic role you will have a blend set of adjacent skills that may include:

  • Designing or improving customer service related processes
  • Business Process architecture or process modelling experience
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills (Six Sigma certification a plus)
  • Critical thinking
  • Business Process Management (BPM) tool experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Architecture, Business Management, or related subject area or 7+ years related experience is preferred – ideally at least 5 years focusing on business process architecture or business process management.
