UX Designer - ShopStyle

A ShopStyle experience designer should be a creative problem solver, be able to articulate rationale for designs, and have the ability to manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate has experience across many design disciplines and is highly knowledgeable about the latest interaction and design standards.


  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers and fellow designers to craft designs for new and existing experiences, based on user research, analytics, and user goals

  • Partner with the product and business teams to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the building process

  • Be an advocate for the user. Design interactions that improves their shopping experience

  • Work within established styles while also assisting in the evolution and maintenance of assets and UI components

  • Work with research to lead user tests, and use data to inform design decisions


  • An online portfolio demonstrating experience with solving complex UX challenges, wireframes, and high-quality visual designs

  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience

  • 3+ years of experience in User Experience Design

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in designing for consumer audiences. E-commerce experience a plus.

  • Lo-fi & hi-fi prototyping skills

  • Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, android, iOS, responsive web, emails)

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interactive Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, related field, or equivalent experience
