Millions of shoppers use Ebates for online shopping and many of them continue making purchases in physical stores. As our team grows, we are in search of a Sr. Product Manager, In-Store Solutions, where you will create unique experiences helping Ebates members earn rewards no matter where they shop. This position will be base in our San Mateo, CA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with mobile and web teams to make In-Store shopping products a success

  • Communicate directly with our Retail partners to test and deploy new solutions

  • Own the strategy and roadmap focusing on value for both Shoppers and Retailers

  • Drive continuous improvement in acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention metrics

  • Create wireframes and requirements to explain the scope and nature of the work to be done

  • Use research, direct customer observation, user feedback to identify and improve our user

    funnel
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management

  • Abilities to develop, communicate, and execute on a product vision

  • Knowledge of mobile technologies and their impact on product implementation and customer experience

  • Demonstrated experience with Agile development on products that release weekly

  • Experience developing hypotheses, gathering feedback and A/B testing them when appropriate

Additional Qualifications:

  • Engineering or design background is a strong asset

  • Deep understanding of the e-Commerce and m-Commerce ecosystems
