What you'll do:

  • Primary responsibility is managing the assigned customer base to increase sales in the local marketplace, and providing sales and technical assistance.
  • The position's objective is to optimize sales volume, product mix and profit margin. Specific functions include: Drive increase in sales in marketplace; Manage all aspects of the customer relationship; provide sales and technical assistance for distributors, customers, end users, and specifiers; Develop proven record of achieving; Collect,analyze and utilize market intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs, preferences, and buying habits; Performs under regular supervision of more senior sales members with minimal discretion of work interpretation.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by customer application.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other works leader assigned.

  • Bachelor degree or above, prefer in electrical
  • 5+ years sales or relevant technical experience, technical background will be better


  • Good knowledge of electrical products, protection and application
  • Fluent English writing;
  • Good command of computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and etc.);
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skill;
  • Aggressive and ready for tough challenges from customer and be resourceful in resolving issues;
  • Willing to travel.
